Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Maya (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Maya.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Maya. The Service contains adult-oriented content and features. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18, without refund.

Intimate Mode and other adult features are strictly for adults. You are responsible for ensuring you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.

Maya is an AI-powered companion application. Maya is not a real person. All conversations, responses, and interactions are generated by artificial intelligence. The Service is intended for entertainment, companionship simulation, and adult content purposes.

Do not make real-world decisions (financial, medical, legal, or otherwise) based solely on Maya's responses. Maya does not provide professional advice of any kind.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@meetmayanow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed at $9.99/month. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Credits

Credits are virtual currency used for special interactions within Maya. Credits are purchased in packs:

• 20 Credits — $0.99
• 75 Credits — $2.99
• 200 Credits — $6.99

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Unused credits expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or upon account termination.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments, credit packs, or individual interactions. If you believe an error occurred with a charge, contact us within 7 days at billing@meetmayanow.com and we will investigate.

You agree not to:

• Use Maya if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempt to use Maya to generate content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context.
• Use Maya to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service.
• Share, distribute, or resell any content generated by Maya without our written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or age verification measures.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Maya's persona, images, voice, and all AI-generated content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Maya's content without explicit written consent.

Content you send (messages, photos) remains yours. By sending content, you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. MAYA'S AI RESPONSES ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE, APPROPRIATE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, RELATIONSHIP DECISIONS, OR OTHER OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the Service and contact us to delete your account.
